Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING across India on all orders above INR 499.

Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below INR 499, we charge a standard shipping fee of INR 50.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Processing and Shipping Time

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-4 business days of order confirmation and payment verification.

Please note that processing time may be slightly longer during:

  • Holiday seasons and special sale periods
  • High order volume periods
  • For custom or personalized handcrafted items (we will notify you of extended processing times for such orders)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey to you.

Delivery Time

We work with leading shipping carriers to ensure the fastest delivery possible. However, exact transit lead time depends on several factors:

  • The location of the final delivery address
  • Shipping carrier availability and schedules
  • Weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances
  • Local holidays or festivals that may affect delivery schedules

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Metro Cities: 5-7 business days from shipment
  • Tier 2 Cities: 7-10 business days from shipment
  • Other Locations: 10-15 business days from shipment
  • Remote Areas: 15-20 business days from shipment

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays.

Expedited and Urgent Shipping

If you require expedited or urgent shipping for your order:

  1. Please place a prepaid order on our website
  2. Email us immediately at craftosea@gmail.com with your order ID and delivery requirements
  3. We will review your request and respond within 24 hours with available options and any additional charges (if applicable)

Expedited shipping options are subject to availability and may not be available for all products or locations. Additional charges will apply for expedited shipping services.

Shipping Locations

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
  • Updates on your order status via email and SMS (if you have provided your mobile number)
  • Access to track your package using the tracking link provided

Shipping Address

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout, including:

Craftosea is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipment.

Package Handling and Packaging

We take great care in packaging your handcrafted items to ensure they reach you in perfect condition:

  • Each item is carefully wrapped and protected
  • Fragile items are packaged with extra padding
  • Items are securely boxed to prevent damage during transit
  • Original packaging and tags are included for all products

Failed Deliveries

In case of a failed delivery attempt:

  • The shipping carrier will typically attempt delivery 2-3 times
  • You will receive notifications about delivery attempts
  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us
  • If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply)

To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure someone is available to receive the package, or provide delivery instructions that allow for safe package placement.

Lost or Stolen Packages

While we take all necessary precautions to ensure safe delivery, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost due to incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Stolen after being delivered to the provided address
  • Damaged due to mishandling by the shipping carrier (though we will work with you to resolve such issues)

If your package is lost in transit (confirmed by tracking information), please contact us immediately at craftosea@gmail.com with your order number, and we will investigate and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple items:

  • All items will typically be shipped together in one package
  • If some items are ready before others (for custom or handcrafted items), we may ship them separately at no additional cost to you
  • You will receive separate tracking information if items are shipped separately

Holiday Shipping

During holiday seasons and special occasions, please allow extra time for processing and delivery due to increased order volumes. We recommend placing orders well in advance of special dates to ensure timely delivery.
